Fan fiction~ Insomnia (chapter2)

He showed his hand, in front of my face, and I can’t feel anything. I feel like, I’m on anesthesia. But it’s painful! I could feel my heartbeat beating fast. I know, I’m gonna die!

Eli then put his hand on my head, and he made it tilt my right. He came closer to my neck, and he opened his mouth.

“ELI!! THAT’S ENOUGH!!” Xander shouted at him.

Now, I could feel him breathing. Just before his fangs reach my neck, someone came from the window –again – and pushed him until he hit the wall! Xander and I dropped to the floor, in exhaustion. I panted hard, and I put my hand on my neck, where Eli was about to BITE me.

The guy that pushed Eli was the guy from before! But when he pushed Eli, he sent Eli flying to the wall!

“YAH KEVIN! What was that for?!” Eli got up and stretched his hands.

“You should’ve not done that hyung!” Kevin shouted.

Eli then looked at Xander, and Xander was like, talking to him like he did to me. Eli then rolled his eyes.

“Fine, I’m sorry…” Eli crossed his arms.

“Yah, you alright?” Kevin asked and helped me up.

“I – I think so…” I got up.

Kevin then looked at his hand, and there was some blood on it. He sniffed deeply and his eyes turned red. YAH, it can’t happen again! He looked at Eli and Xander.

“Y – yah, Xander… wrap h–her with some bandages.” Kevin stuttered.

“Aish, fine…” Xander came to me and he put his hand around my shoulder.

“Where – where are we going?” I asked.

“Downstairs” He smiled.

I followed him and went downstairs.

***Kevin’s POV

I could still smell her blood as she’s going down. I looked at my hand, that has her blood. I want to taste it, but… I’m afraid that I won’t be able to handle the urge to drink it – more.

“Yah, where’d you found her? And why’d you bring her back?” Eli suddenly put his hand on my shoulder.

“Well, the BEAST clan found her yesterday in the forest. I was out hunting but I happen to see her, almost eaten by Edwin. The one and only female werewolf in that clan. I brought her back because… I can feel she’s different from other human.” I explained.

Eli nodded and he looked at my hand. He licked his lips and I know he wants it. I then wiped my hands on his shirt, leaving the blood on his shirt.

“YAH!!” Eli hit me.

“Hyung, why’d you do that to her just now? And why’d you froze Xander up?!” I hit him back.

“Uh… I couldn’t handle it… Sorry… You know I can’t really handle it!” Eli scratched his head.

“Aigo… Now she’ll know… we’re vampires”

***Normal POV

“Gaah! It hurts!” I complained.

“Sorry, you’ll just have to handle it.” Xander wrapped my arm.

“Say… what’s your name?” Xander asked me, while applying some oil.

“I’m… Raina. You can call me Rae for short…” I tried to handle the pain.

“I’m Alexander, call me Xander or Alex. We’re 9 people in this house. 2 females and 7 males. But one of them is new here.” Xander told me.

“But you… what exactly ARE you people…?” I asked without hesitation.

Xander was silent. He didn’t make an eye contact with me.

“Xander…?” I lower my head, looked at him and raised one eyebrow.

“You’re done~” He jumped and patted my head.

“Oh? Thanks…” I rubbed my arm.

I heard footsteps coming closer. I looked behind, and saw Kevin and Eli. Kevin pushed Eli, that made him stand right in front of me. He was a bit unstable at first, but he adjusted himself.

“I umm… sorry bout just now…” Eli rubbed his neck.

“Ah, no, it’s alright, it’s not a big deal.” I tried to smile.’ NOT A BIG DEAL’ MY BUTT!! I was almost killed back then! But nahh, I’m a good girl…

Eli walked out from the living room and he gave Kevin a smirk. Kevin then smiled at me and wanted to leave the room. A few inches to the door, and I called him up.

“Kevin, is it?”

“Yeah…” He turned around and did a hair flip.

“You… saved me last night, right?”

“No… it wasn’t me. And it wasn’t… anyone from this house…”

Fan fiction~ Insomnia (chapter 1)

The trees, stood stiffly like guardians of the forest, watching every single move of mine. The melodies of the forest sang as the icy wind ran through the trees.

I walked slowly, to make sure every single step is safe. I’m alone – yes, ALONE – in the scary forest.

Actually, I got lost. First of all, I got separated from my teacher, but I still got my 3 best buddies with me.

Then, I got separated from them. Why? Because… I wanted to pee. I searched for them, but failed to do so. I couldn’t believe I lost them, because I PEED!!

I looked around the dark forest, with the lead of one small torch light. That light dragged me to somewhere even darker.

I assume the torch light’s life is about to end, that’s why it got darker. My heart is gonna burst, it’s too scary for me. I can’t handle darkness that well.

“grrrr…” something growled fiercely.

Gulp. I looked around, with fear. My bag, with my laptop, wires and some snacks are making a lot of sound every time I move about.

I’m worried, what if something jumped and grabbed my bag? Who’s gonna pay for my laptop?! Wait, no… what if something grabbed my hand or leg?!

“GRR!! RAWF!!” something barked!

Now, I’m sure it’s a dog. Or some wolf. Hungry… lil’ wolf. Gulp. Then, I heard something… from the bushes. I tried to stay calm, just then, my bottle fell from my bag.

CRAP, I’m one dead human. I looked at the bush, carefully, and saw, one BIG paw. Another paw came out. Then, something furry came out. Its big red eyes stared at me. I’m sure it’s a wolf.

But why is it so huge? I moved back slowly, to make no sudden move. I moved back… and back... KRACK! I stepped on a branch.

The wolf or whatever it is barked and came running towards me! I fell down in shock and I covered my face with my arm.

“RRRR…” something else growled, making the wolf whimper.

I removed my arm and saw… a guy. A tall, blonde haired guy, growling at the wolf. What in the world? The wolf eventually left after that guy got closer.

That guy turned around and looked at me. He got closer to me... I was so shocked, that made my sight, blurry… I… can’t… open my…


HUH?! I woke up, from the nightmare. I stretched my arms and looked around my – room? This ain’t my room! My bag, my stuffs, were all tidy and in place.

With confusion, I got up and rubbed my eyes. The size of the room is just like my room, back at my house, not big nor small.

What is going on here? I walked to the door, but just then…

“Where are you going?”

I jumped and looked behind. It’s… a guy, not from back then. But his hair is blonde, like the guy from before. He got closer to me, and he was like, looking at me. Not just looking, but… he was like, licking his lips?

“You look… delicious.” He clenched his teeth and showed his fang.

OMG, a fang? What the hell is he man? He then came closer to me and I was stuck there, my back against the door.

“Eli, that’s enough.” another guy came – from the window.

“I know, Xander…” he backed off.

“Yah, what’s going on here? Why am I here? Who are you guys? And how did I get here?!” I banged my hand on the door.

“OWW!” I shrieked in pain.

I looked at my hand… and I saw this HUGE scar, and bandages around it. How come I never realized it? Aigoo…

“Yah yah! Careful, it’s still recovering.” Xander advised me.

I hold my arm, and blood started to come out. Shoot, it’s bleeding. Blood dripped down and hit the ground. That Eli guy looked at me, and his eye-colour changed, from brown to… bloody red. He was like tempting for something.

“Eli… don’t.” The other guy puts his hand on Eli’s shoulder.

“Don’t what… Xander…?” Eli removed Xander’s hand.

Eli’s hand is shaking, and he gripped his hand. He looked at me, as if I’m his food. Xander shook his head and I heard his voice, IN MY HEAD. He said “Don’t move…”

Eli licked his lips and he sniffed deeply. I stopped holding my arm and I left it hanging on my right. I could see that Eli’s looking at my right hand, not at my hand, but at the blood dripping at the tips of my fingers.

“I can’t wait no more!” Eli shouted and he came to me! It’s like, for just a second, he’s in front of me! I didn’t even see him moving, as if he’s a thunder.

Xander came running, and Eli showed his hand to Xander. Xander then, was frozen. He couldn’t move, but he was calling out Eli’s name.

“ELI! STOP THIS!” Xander demanded.

Eli ignored Xander, he just took my bleeding hand, and he held it tight. And yes, I shrieked in pain yet again! His grip was too tight that made more blood come out.

He let go of my hand, leaving some blood on his hand. Xander was still frozen, I have no idea why. Eli then… licked his hand. He looked back at me, with blood on his lips. I opened my eyes widely, and I think I’m gonna die in a minute.

“Xander… you should try it…” Eli licked his hand – again, and it make me wanna puke.

“Eli, just stop it! And let me go!” Xander demanded again.

“I won’t stop… YET” Eli gave me a look.
